Larry K Coplen, President of Coplen Construction Inc was the outgoing President of the Indiana Builders Association (IBA) in 2004.  He attended and spoke at local Home Builders Association meetings all over the state of Indiana, sharing his 30 plus years of experience in the building industry.  He traveled to Washington DC several times to meet with Congressmen and Senators from Indiana and surrounding states in asking for their support on various issues that would or could affect the home building industry as a whole.  Needless to say, it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to have been chosen to lead and serve the home builders in the State of Indiana.


Larry Coplen has earned the professional designation of Graduate Master Builder (GMB) and Doug Harvey, Project Manager at Coplen Construction Inc has earned his Certified Graduate Builder (CGB).  The key areas of concentration included business management, financial strategies, marketing techniques and construction technologies.  These National and State designations recognize our company as leaders in the industry.


July 2007  This is an exciting time for Coplen Construction, Inc.  We are very pleased to announce that we will be presenting two houses in the Builder's Association of Kosciusko-Fulton County 2007 Homes on Parade.  This year's parade site is Barrington Hills, which is located northeast of Warsaw, in Plain Township.  We invite you to watch the progress of the homes during construction, and to enjoy the completed homes while they are on parade, September 8-16, 2007.
